Dear Parry Custom Homes Hiring,

Hello! It’s wonderful to get introduced.

I believe I am a very strong candidate for the selection coordinator role, as I have years of experience in both customer service and visual design. This mix of creative thinking and person-first service philosophy makes me ideal for leading new homeowners in picking the perfect options for their home!

In my sales days, I was always at the top of the team when it comes to Net Promoter Scores. I strongly believe this is due to my interest in genuinely getting to know every guest, and active listening to understand their needs and tastes. When you make a genuine connection with a customer as a person, you can truly deliver the best possible product for them.

Since 2020 I have run my own freelance business beside my full-time work, so I am keen on keeping all of my clients' briefings and paperwork sharply organized. In order to succeed in this endeavor I have learned to be self-motivated, driven, and efficient. 
I adore working with a client in order to bring their dream to life, which is why I love my work.
But there's nothing so special as a client’s dream being their own home!

While I only know the basics about construction, I am a very eager learner with the ability to pick things up quickly. My brother’s dream is to build his own house one day, and I’d love to learn as much as I can to help him achieve that goal. 

All in all, I know I would be an incredible addition to the Parry Custom Homes team.
My mix of customer service experience and eye for visual design would be the perfect skills to help clients achieve the visions they have for their forever homes.
